Co-Founder; Head of Europe
Ghela’s roots in regulatory economics has shaped her approach to how she advocates and advises on the building blocks for data sharing economies, with an ability to understand the economic incentives for each actor and stake holder in the value chain from incumbent, to challenger, to end customer. Her experience spans multiple sectors including financial services, energy, telecommunications, and technology.
Her previous roles and engagements have centered on fast-tracking internal innovation and the practical application and commercialisation of fintech/bank collaboration. Ghela’s most recent work has focused on fostering an ethical data democracy, individual consumer empowerment over their data, data economy disruptive business models, and facilitating banks’ emerging technology consumption via policy development and practical technical delivery. Ghela is a globally recognised expert in the fields of open banking and open finance, advising private firms as well as governments across the UK, Europe, and North America.

Co-founder; Head of Operations and Market Development
Richard has a 30-year career embracing international relations, consulting, and academia. In working to help shape policy reform, he is a passionate advocate for the data sharing economy's inherent capacity to deliver economic empowerment and social good across multiple sectors, including financial services, healthcare, energy (as a key component of climate), and agriculture. His areas of domain expertise include fintech, regulatory frameworks, and market landscape research.
He has a history of engagement in previous roles with key industry and government entities around the world, including as Director of International and Platform Policy at Kabbage Inc.; a strategic advisor to the U.K.'s Smart Data Foundry; Head of Global Policy and Research and then CEO at the UK-based Financial Data and Technology Association (FDATA Global). Richard helped support policy campaigns led by FDATA's regional teams in Europe, North America, LATAM, and Australasia, with additional advisory engagement in Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Digital Operations Manager; Communications Officer
Nina has a keen interest in digital storytelling and community engagement. With a history ranging from marketing and campaign management to content creation and journalism within various industries including music, video games, creative writing, and fintech, she is passionate about workflow efficiency and multi-media integrations.
Her industry experience includes press communications and podcasting as a writer for various publications including I Am BeYoutiful, the University of St Andrews (School of Computer Science), Medium, and more. Within academia, she has written for the Oxford Forum of Modern Languages, partakes in digital operations through teaching within higher and secondary education, and has been behind executive festival management teams across the UK. As a content creator for university publications, charities, and more, she is captivated by visual storytelling and dynamic perspectives. Her most recent work includes managing digital workflow systems and services, multilingual communications, website design, as well as video game narrative.
